The CA3C organization is run by a volunteer Board of Directors.



Jeff Kosciejew is the Managing Director. Jeff combines his practical experience in delivering projects and building products from a range of industries with a passion for helping people thrive and grow. He combines coaching, mentoring, and teaching to meet people where they are today, and help them along their journey to achieve results that are important and meaningful to them. Jeff has a proven track record in helping individuals, teams, and organizations identify and implement improvements, not to create great outcomes, but rather to help nudge and evolve the environment where great outcomes are inevitable. Jeff has taught a Project Management module at college, designed, developed, and delivered workshops for companies of all sizes, and consulted at all levels throughout organizations as a Management Consultant, Agile Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst.

Lee Elliott is the Secretary / Treasurer. Lee is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in team & performance management, Agile & Scrum processes, Project Management, software development, business development, consulting, and information technology. He is a proven facilitator, coach and trainer, working with people at different levels across the enterprise. He has managed multiple teams, both local and remote, to ensure satisfied clients and successful completion of many full lifecycle projects while exceeding client and revenue expectations. Lee is a highly skilled people manager who builds trust with his team and with the client through clear communication & exceptional delivery.
John Tobin fills out the Board as a Director-at-Large. John has been an active member of the agile community in Toronto for longer than most people care to remember. And, he’s currently one of the organizers and hosts of the AgileTO MeetUp. John has a proven track record for delivering enterprise grade solutions by combining his ability to understand and articulate technical and incredibly detailed needs of a wide range of people. He continues to support others through speaking at conferences where he shares some of the lessons he’s experienced in the hopes of improving outcomes.
